Intercultural Development Inventory at Trinity
At the heart of IDI is a both an individualized and a group profile report that provides key insights into how we make sense of cultural differences and commonalities. The goal is to systematically increase intercultural competence from where we are, to where we want to be by setting actionable goals and designing a plan to increase skills in navigating cultural differences.
In 2020, shortly after the murder of George Floyd, Trinity’s Vestry voted to dedicate itself and the Trinity staff to intensive engagement with IDI in our effort to build intercultural competence and achieve goals around diversity, equity, and inclusion.
